Tripobuz Terms and Conditions for Flight Bookings
The Terms and Conditions apply to your use of Tripobuz, an online platform that offers flight-booking services (the "Service"). When you visit our website, mobile application, or any other channel of Tripobuz, you will be accepting these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and whatever rules and notices there may be. In case you are not agreeable, then please do not use Tripobuz.
1. Definitions
- User/ you: This denotes any individual or firm that is utilizing Tripobuz in searching, booking, managing or inquiring information about flights.
- Flight / Booking: This refers to air travel booking on the Tripobuz platform whereby it is either a one-way, round-trip or multi-city.
- Airline / Carrier: The carrier or operator to whom the flight service is being offered.
- Fare Rules: Stipulations of the airline on cancellations and changes, refunds, baggage, check-in, and other provisions on the condition of the travel.
2. Scope of Service
Tripobuz is a web-based agent that enables you to find and reserve flights with airlines that are affiliated with the agent. We do not:
- Flight services or operate of our own.
- Ensure that there are seats available on flights.
- The third-party airlines operate all flights, and Tripobuz is just a technology platform or a booking agent.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
- The minimum age required to open an account or to book a flight on Tripobuz is 18 years (or legal age in your country of residence).
- You are bound to provide the proper, current and complete information during registration and booking.
- You should keep your login details hidden and inform Tripobuz as soon as someone illegally uses your account.
Tripobuz also retains the right to close or suspend accounts that are exploited to commit or carry out illegal or fraudulent acts.
4. Booking and Payment
- All reservations are subject to airline fare policies, availability, and system confirmation.
- By using Tripobuz to book a flight, you are contracting with the airline, and not with Tripobuz. Tripobuz is simply a facilitator of booking.
- You need to be able to provide accurate passenger information (names, date of birth, passport or ID information, contact details). Any mistakes can lead to a denied boarding, additional charges, or cancellation at the will of the airline.
- The payment should be completed upon booking, except in cases where the airline or Tripobuz provides an approved payment program. The payment is done by third-party payment gateways or payment methods that are supported on Tripobuz.
- Normative taxes, charges, and surcharges can be indicated by Tripobuz during the booking process. The final prices are subject to minor fluctuations because of currency exchange or regulatory requirements.
5. Fare Rules and Changes by Airlines
Fare of airlines is not fixed and at any given time they are subject to change without any prior notice and this is based on availability, demand and policies of the airline.
The fares of each airline are determined by the airline and include:
- Refund and cancellation policies.
- Fees on change and fare-diffs.
- No-show and missed-connection regulations.
- Rules of baggage, check-in, and seat selection.
Tripobuz presents such rules during the booking process, although the airlines can change them in the future. Tripobuz does not charge for fare changes that the airlines make.
In case an airline alters its fare rules once you have booked, the new rules adopted by the airline take effect, and Tripobuz will not refund or compensate you for the loss or inconvenience incurred.
6. Name Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Many airlines do not permit the change of name or charge a strict fee. Tripobuz will not be able to assure acceptance of the name-change and will charge, where allowed, any charges imposed by the airline.
The fare rules of the airline regulate cancellations. Some tickets may be:
- Non-refundable
- Partially or full refund, with charges
The airline or payment processor makes the refunds, which may take several business days to appear on your account.
Tripobuz can impose a service fee to cancel, make alterations, or issue refunds, provided it has been made clear at the moment of service.
It is your responsibility to learn about the conditions of the fares in your preferred ticket before buying.
7. Flight Modifications, Delays, and Cancellations
Tripobuz only offers an itinerary and booking. We also have no power over the schedules of flights, flight delays, cancellations, diversions or operational amendments.
- If an airline change your flight schedule, cancel your flight or alter your itinerary, then you must act under the procedures of the airline:
- Rebooking
- Refund or compensation (where applicable)
- Any schedule changes that are known to the airline (e.g. via emails or using the app) should be informed to you by Tripobuz (where the airline will have all pertinent information, but we make no guarantees of being real-time or being always accurate).
- Tripobuz does not bear any liability for losses, costs, and inconvenience as a result of flight delays, cancellations, or changes of operation.
8. Passenger Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Adhere to all airline regulations, such as check-in schedules, baggage quotas, and forbidden-substance regulations, and security measures.
- Always keep valid traveling papers (passport, visa, ID, etc.) as well as fulfill all requirements of your destinations in entry, immigration, and health.
- Make sure that all those included on the booking are permitted to travel and that age, medical, or regulatory requirements (e.g., unaccompanied minors, special medical needs) have been met.
- Inform the airlines of any special-service requests (e.g., wheelchair assistance, special meals), and confirm with Tripobuz or the airline prior to travel.
Tripobuz is not liable to problems occasioned by the failure to comply with these requirements.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
- Tripobuz can include links to airlines' websites, payment gateways, or other third-party services. These sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and they are not within Tripobuz's control.
- Use of third-party services is at your own peril. Tripobuz is not liable for:
- The accuracy, content, or availability of third-party sites.
- Any loss, damage or fraud arising out of your usage of linked services.
10. Intellectual Property
Tripobuz (logos, text, graphics, software, flightsearch algorithms, and design) and its licensors retain all their content under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property rights.
- You may not:
- Your use of our material only to reproduce, distribute, modify, or make derivative works without permission is strictly forbidden.
- Scrape, Data-miner, or resell flight data without approval using Tripobuz.
- Tripobuz is not to be used to allow non-commercial flight bookings.
11. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Illegal, fraudulent or unzuthorized use Tripobuz to book and resell flights.
- Trying to overcome security, interfere and make unauthorized access.
- Causes misrepresentation of any individual or object or give misinformation.
- Break the relevant laws, regulations or rules of the airlines with Tripobuz.
Tripobuz can shut down your access or turn you in for illegal behavior to the police.
12. Limitation of Liability
Tripobuz offers the Service as is and as available, without any warranty, either express or implied, of any nature, such as, but not limited to, merchantability, suitability to a specific purpose, or the accuracy of the information contained in it.
- We do not guarantee:
- Seat availability, pricing, or schedule accuracy.
- That the Service will be faultless, error-free, or safe.
- Service of third-party services (airlines, payment gateways, etc.) will be satisfactory.

- Profit, data, business or opportunity loss.
- Life, personal injury, or loss caused by delay of flights, cancellations, or difficulties with operations, unless such is forbidden by law.
Subject to the law, the aggregate liability of Tripobuz that accrues due to or in relation to your use of the Service does not exceed the amount that you paid in Tripobuz in connection to the specific booking that is the subject of the dispute.
13. Indemnification
You will protect and indemnify and hold harmless, Tripobuz, its affiliates, officers, employees and partners against any claim, loss, damage or expense (including legal expenses) on account of:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your use of the Service
- Your breach of any third party or law
14. Disclaimers and Force Majeure
- Tripobuz has no control over what is beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government intervention, strikes, security threats or technical breakdowns.
- In case of such events, which deny Tripobuz or an airline the ability to perform services, the concerned parties will abide by the relevant airline policies and legal frameworks.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are regulated by the legislation of the country of incorporation of Tripobuz, not considering the principles of conflict of law.
- The first method of resolving any conflict that occurs or is associated with these Terms or your use of Tripobuz will be through good-faith negotiation.
- Unresolved disputes can be filed in capable courts or dispute-resolution organizations within the law.
16. Changes to These Terms
- Tripobuz can revise these Terms periodically in accordance with the changes in our services, regulations, or business practices.
- As we effect material changes we will:
- Publish the revised Terms on our platform or application.
- Denote the new effective date.
- Inform current users in case they are obligated by law (e.g., through email or in-app notification).
- By continuing to use Tripobuz following the revised Terms, you consent to the revised Terms.
17. Termination and Suspension
Tripobuz has the right to either suspend or cancel your use of the Service at any time and without explanation, including because of:
- Violation of these Terms
- Dishonesty, abuse, or unlawfulness
- Violation of airline or payment-gateway policy
Suspension or termination does not exempt you from obligations on made bookings. You are still liable for any fares, fees, or penalties incurred with regard to airlines or Tripobuz.
18. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any other notices or agreements, are the totality of the agreement between you, and Tripobuz in as far as flight bookings are concerned.
- Severability: With the provision being found to be invalid or unenforceable, then the rest of the provisions shall remain unaffected and shall be upheld.
- No Waiver: The fact that Tripobuz failed to enforce any right or provision does not amount to waiver.
- Assignment: Tripobuz has the right to transfer these Terms or your bookings in relation to a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. You are not allowed to delegate your rights without our written permission.
